Van keeps parking in my driveway and blocking my car access my husband has mobility problems, and the area is a no parking zone.

For 4 days this van has been blocking my private driveway, my husband has mobility issues and we cant park our car outside of our house this is boatswain croft in the hull city centre and is zoned parking so you need a permit to park this van has no permit so is parked illegally
