Poor parking from school parents. Parking on double yellows, taking up multiple bays, walking into the road infront of moving vehicles. Aggressive behavior

Parents of oakwood primary school parking on double yellows, parking so they take up multiple bays, double parking blocking the road, walking out infront of traffic, aggressive behavior.

Roads include north farm road, thorn walk and beech avenue. This has been happening for at least the last 3 years.
