Litter in walkway between Collett Road and Crib Street

The footpath shortcut between Collett Road and Crib Street is a litter hotspot. The brambles are not cut back and there's always a large amount of litter discarded there. The nearest bin is outside the Bourne Stores shop but people don't pass it when using this shortcut.
