The street light outside 2 Wear Road, Bicester, OX26 2FE has stopped on and off I think it is a earth problem as it’s on and off but know has stoped working completely only comes on for a short period of time when it rain. It’s a big health and safety problem I think it’s a earth problem Can this please be fixed asap as its too dark on our street. Thank you
