Damage to a grass embankment

Reported in the Damage to pavement category anonymously at 12:26, Monday 11 February 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later

A cottage located on The Weal (although I believe the actual address is Prospect Place) is currently having an extension added to the rear of thr property. Every so often a skip lorry appears and removes building waste accumulated as part of the build. Because access is difficult to, the skip lorries drive onto the 30m x 5m grass bank (marked on the plan) and cause damage as shown on the enclosed photographs. I witnessed this a couple of weeks ago & it has now happened again on the morning of Sunday 10th February. I don't know if the owners of the cottage where the extension is being built are aware of the appalling damage being caused to the grass embankment ; however, they are ultimately responsible, & should presumably ensure the bank is reinstated to it's former condition.
