Leaf mulch covering paths and cycle signs / overgrown hedges

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 09:51, Monday 11 February 2019

Sent to Sutton Borough Council 3 minutes later

The river path between Riverside Close and Watercress Path is neglected and covered in leaf mulch which masks the (worn out) painted cycle signs and makes the paths slippery and muddy. The hedge grows out into the cycle path so cyclists are forced into the pedestrian lane on a blind corner. Unclear or worn out signs mean that pedestrians often don't realise that they are walking on the designated cycle path (and vice -versa) causing confusion, confrontation, collisions and frustration to all.
