Life ring holders, both empty, both getting vandalised

Reported anonymously at 09:40, Sun 10 February 2019

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1538295.

There are two of these holders for life rings along the walkway behind Sainsbury's and the brewery alongside the river in Hertford, both are empty and have been for about 4 years or so, last night there were 3 young men swinging off these in the early hours of the morning....Ive been in touch with the "river and canal trust" and they say it's the local council who should sort it....
