Large puddle opposite the end of Union Street; passing cars can easily (accidentally/on purpose) drench users of the adjacent shared-use path

Roadside railings have been repaired on corner of gyratory by the Methodist Church some time ago, but eight barriers are still there on the pavement, awaiting collection. Please can you arrange this.
