Ref 22264. First reported 23rd Jan and 2nd Feb NEVER had a reply from council IN PROGRESS status !. Still NEVER see a traffic warden on Gallon close se7. The car reported still parkes here every single day till around 2pm and ALL day saturday without a pricey residents parking permit but stll parks in permit bays rather then the empty free parking bays!! but NEVER receives a parking ticket. Yesterday was a home charlton match came home cars parked on the pavements. Across pavements so you can cross the rd and on the first corner we have a lovely grass area where the spring bulbs have started to come through and a VAN was parked on there damaging the grass and bulbs. Not only are people paying over a £100 to buy a parking permit but 95% of the close are paying a service charge for the maintained of the close for us to have the insult of not being able to park on a regular basic during the week or on match days and for our lovely green areas to be damaged by vans without the council talking any action is appaling .
