Pavement parallel to community centre car park dangerously narrow

This pavement is extremely busy on the school run. You have cars reversing towards the pavement often encrouching onto the pavement. Walking to school with children I am constantly having to be aware of the cars and warning the children of the danger. I have had a handful of near misses from the cars reversing too far back and almost hitting myself, the buggy or young children with me. I have witnessed one child being hit by a car there. If you have a double buggy there is not enough space for anyone else to get past whilst dodging the cars. Forcing you to walk onto the grass which is a bog the 2nd we have the slightest bit of rain. The pathway needs to be widened and ideally bollards installed similar to those found at the walkway along the Tesco car park. It is probably one of the narrowest pavements around the area of the community centre. Every day being on the school run is stressful for everyone, because it's not safe. Something needs to be done before someone is seriously injured or worse.
