Poor highway service, faded paint lines, motorbike parking

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category by Cllr Roz smith at 14:41, Saturday 9 February 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxford City Council 4 minutes later

This is the two-bike space in St Giles just by the new extension to St John's College (not the large bay almost opposite Beaumont Street). There is no direct lighting -- the two street lights are too far away to be much help. The paint markings have nearly worn worn out, especially when there's no light to see them by (no wonder the motorbike attracted a parking ticket recently when parked about one yard outside the bay). The bay is on a horrible slope, which makes heaving the bike up onto the road hard. And the ground is uneven, meaning that one foot lands in a puddle.
