Continuous poor temporary repairs not sufficient to fix this reoccurring pothole

This pothole has been fexed several times over several years and keeps opening up. This needs a permanent fix.

The potholes entering the B4100 southbound to Bicester from A43 southbound at Baynards Green roundabout are becoming considerably worse. More potholes have appeared making navigating the slip road difficult. Too dangerous to take a photo.
