Blocked drains

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1537297.

Nearly all drains are blocked especially the one near spellbrook school opposite the layby,Also the one at the bottom of the hill opposite side to school both flood when its raining
