Surface flooding in heavy rain.

Reported in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 18:31, Fri 8 February 2019

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1537213.

Flooding on Greenaway Lane outside of Nos. 29 and 37. This has been continually reported for about a year. Nothing has yet been done. The Culvert was infilled some years ago for some strange reason. As can be seen on the first photo highlighting the Culvert, if this was opened up & drainage of water directed towards this, this would hopefully alleviate the problem.

  • A couple of weeks ago some 'official looking' men were apparently seen digging around near this area; not seen by me. Not sure if they have done anything to correct this problem or were there for something else. Are you able to get an update please?
