Illegal parking

Sent to Thanet District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 153668.

Car parked on double yellow lines, making access into Poplar Road very difficult.
Inside the windscreen was a sticker labelled Kent County Council - Clover Court. Had the car been parked further into Poplar Road then there would not have been problem. I have experienced this problem on two mornings running
