Dozens of dogshites on Hyvot Loan

I walked along Hyvot Loan this morning and counted 20 different dogshites on the bit of grass near the Moredun Dykes Road junction. Undoubtedly I didn't see them all, either.

There is a playpark and a primary school here. This cannot be acceptable.

Could a bin be placed here?
