Ref: 350336 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The street light attached to No 19 Shute Avenue glows dull red projecting no light. The area is not well lit at the best of times so pitch black at night now. If this is the same fault as reported above two weeks have elapsed with no improvement.

Ref: 350807 - Thank you for reporting this outage for an Electrical asset maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Reports of this kind are vital to assist us in keeping the County in light. This is not the same unit as originally reported and therefore a new fault has been logged
We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.
Kind regards The Electrical – Lighting Team
