Bricks on grass verge at top of road between 71 and 73 makes it difficult to reverse into the junction, as often hidden in the grass and stick out onto road

The bricks have been there for around two years. I have already damaged one car on them. They also contributed towards a traffic accident that occurred there in May 2017. Case to heard at the County Court at Wakefield on 13th February 2019
