Verge damage o/s 89 South Eden Park Road

The builders working at 89 South Eden Park Road have completely destroyed the grass verges outside 89 and have also caused damage further down outside 91.

  • What does 'Our contractor has been notified to take the appropriate action' mean please? I hope that it does not mean that someone badly damages the verge and then the council tax payers have to pay for the repair? Surely the person that causes the damage should have to pay?
