Oakley road bollard - B427 Reported as knocked down a few months ago. It’s been replaced by a 2nd hand bollard, it’s dirty, hasn’t been coded and didn’t even work! The temporary road bollard placed over the base has just been dumped at the side of the road! Reported by email as a complaint to LBB who have chosen to ignore it!
