Ref: 350347 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Sorry again for this outage, we sent a crew out today who have confirmed unit 7 at the entrance from East St Helen Street is still in light, with a local resident reporting it could be column 8 that has failed. I have attached a map , could you confirm which asset it is so we can ensure this is rectified for you , sorry again but it appears 7 is ok and another unit has failed , really appreciate any help

Fist reported on 1 Feb and still not fixed despite calls to you about this every two weeks, this is shocking, what does it take to sort out a light, if this is not sorted I am going to the press and the local councillor, as I have given up speaking to you without any success!!! You have my number so call me or ever get the contractor to call me as I have told you numerous times and will walk them to the light and put my hand on it, then there is no more excuses, your lack of service is deplorable and in excusable. Please respond to this asap otherwise I go to the press for help!!!!

Sorry that this issue is still ongoing. Please could you confirm, using the attached map in our previous message, which light is out, as unit 7 has been checked and appears to be okay. If possible, could you also attach pictures of the light in question, to help us identify it.
