Greedale Road / The Long Shoot Traffic Lights. Signal timings are causing delays on the long shoot and Eastborough way.

The traffic lights change every time there is one car waiting to turn out of Greendale Road, and not allowing for a few minutes build up. This is causing queues along the A47 and Eastborough way. Surely priority should be given to the main road traffic. Could the signals timing be changed.
