My car was damaged while being removed by council.

My car was parked in a suspended parking bay on Parmiter Road, Bethnal Green.Sufficient notice of the suspension was not given.

When my car was moved to another bay by the council the tow caused damage to the drivers side Rear tyre arch. This type of damage clearly displays poor towing by the council. I would like to receive compensation for this damage.
