The post has been removed and still waiting for a new post to be replaced over 3 weeks now as grass verge is getting ruined by parked cars

Car still parking on grass verge where post has been removed..Please can a concrete post be placed in centre to stop from pulling out!

Our contractor has informed us that the bollards will be installed within the next 14days. Our enforcement officer has been provided with a photograph of the car that was parked there this morning.

I am awaiting a response from our contractor for a date when the 2 concrete bollards will be installed.
