Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

Blocked drain on Halford Road, Ettington CV37 7LT going towards Rogers Lane causing sheets of ice in freezing weather. Older people unable to go out of house as no pavement in this area to walk on.
