Grit Bin

Reported via Android in the Obstruction or hazard on road category by Kevin Marriott at 12:23, Wed 30 January 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

Hi, Can we please have a Grit Bin at the junction Lower Street, Mellor Road and Packwood Avenue. (Please see attached map). This junction being on a steep incline is very hazardous in the current weather conditions.

A more proactive solution would be to resurface the junction to provide better grip. The current surface has become highly polished and compounds the problems caused by the snow and ice.

Many thanks

  • Marlborough Drive, Leamington Spa grit bin requires a refill please. Also Admiral Way, Leamington Spa which is the main route onto the new development requires a gritting schedule as it has some steep inclines in places.
