Poor road surface, manholes and lampost base

The garages area to the rear of verdun close has multiple issues with the quality of the tarmac including many potholes, unsafe manholes, trip hazards, and generally poor road surface on the path and garage area and holes around the base of lamposts. The path surface is very sharp. My granddaughter tripped on the manhole cover on the path to the side of my house and suffered a lot of cuts from the sharp surface. I am not sure who is responsible. Possibly WCC or AC LLOYD. I have many more photos
