Sent to Dacorum Borough Council less than a minute later

Cars parking on the corner of Lower Sales and Northridge way as you turn out of lower sales to go left. Blocks visibility for those turning out of lower sales and those coming off drives / the pavement on Northridge Way. If a couple of bollards were put in this would help the problem.
