Decommissioned call box now exclusively used for taking Heroin

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1520930.

A call box previously used exclusively by drug dealers was decommissioned last year. Now it is exclusively used by people to take Heroin. General litter, drug paraphernalia and needles are a danger to children and animals. The disturbances caused by the drug users is also unwelcome.
