I first reported this bin on the 23rd January, it has been like this since before Christmas that’s 8weeks now, and it is still overflowing, it may not be a ‘council bin’ but it still the councils responsibility to prevent health and safety hazards, and nothing has been done, it is attracting rats and mice, and is an absolute eyesore, can someone take responsibility and do something about it.
