Hi there LCC CAN U PLEASE PLS PLS get this sorted look at the filth here. It never gets cleaned why, why, why. We pay our taxes on time so why can't you clean regularly. How about if we get together and stop paying out council tax. Then maybe you will clean this. Just before taking this photo Four men from LCC passed and not one of them even tried to lift one piece of rubbish. I ask why. Next time will send you evidence too if you want.
