The manhole cover highlighted in the attached photo has a section missing. It is located near the telephone box between Chisholm Hunter and Primark.

The missing section is a hole large enough for a child to put their foot in and potentially break their leg or similar or for someone using a walking stick to put it in and fall over. There is no evidence of anything to cover over this hole.
