Cars driving around road bollards

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Jon Barker at 17:39, Sunday 20 January 2019

Sent to Southwark Borough Council 1 minute later

Churchyard Row is blocked to motor vehicles on the cycle highway between Longville Road and Brook Drive. When the bollards were installed the area between Churchyard Row and the Castle centre was being used as a construction area for the Castle centre. However this has since been removed leaving a area of footway wide enough for vehicles to drive over. I have now seen 4 cars so this, the most recent two last Sunday morning 13/1/19 and this evening 20/1/19. This is especially dangerous to pedestrians and cyclists in the dark like it was this evening. Please can an additional barrier be added to the area between Churchyard Row and the Castle centre to prevent drivers using this area as a short cut.
