Building work is being done on 51 clyde road, n15. It has no known planning permission so need building control intervention. Plus the work breaches the clyde circus conservation area standards as new building work must improve the conservation area not detract. This detracts as the window shape in modern rectangular horizontal not Late victorian vertical sash. The windows should also be in the "spirt"of victorian sash window style. This system is modern so in full breach.
Building control appear to ready to offer up the standard reply of the building work happened over 4 years ago, even though they have visited the property before. The four year rule means no action is required by the council but implies they have no inventory of the area and thus lacking a duty of care.
