Refuse collection truck repeatedly reverses over verge

Today the Refuse collection truck repeatedly reversed over verge causing damage to the otherwise undamaged verge, all in order to reverse one vehicle length up the road. This is caused by two cars parking on the road instead of their driveway, thus narrowing the road. However the men that collected the bins had actually walked the refuse bins to the lorry when the driver was still trying to reverse up the road causing more damage and getting close to the parked cars. I care for the area I live and am constantly clearing dog poo and litter from this area, the dog nuisance I have reported to the dog warden who is fully aware and is very good in responding and raising awareness in the vicinity, and the parking issues to the council and Vivid, but the problem gets worse
