Selling cars from council highways is against the law.

There are always cars parked at the A4095 lay-by close to the Bucknell Rd, Bicester roundabout.. clearly some business is effectively operating from there.

The latest car being sold from the lay-by is a silver Ford with Reg: FP59 ZYV.

Can the car please be removed.
