Cllr Fabian Breckles has been informed. Local, particularly older residents I know can no longer access the local shops in the Kingsway Precinct, St George ie. hair dresser , post office , fish & chip shop. I have been told there is a dispute about the leaning wall's ownership. This has gone on long enough and must be addressed.

The path remains closed due to a failing retaining wall which supports both the garden of 12 Thatchers Close and the adjacent highway.
This matter is with our legal team and will remain closed until works are undertaken to make the structure safe.
