Dangerous cracks and potholes

Hi,
Please see attached photos. This is the path betweeen Greendale and the Dulwich Hamlet Football ground. With the dry summer the small cracks in this path (which are most of the way along) have got very large. This path is used by cyclists, kids on scooters and parents with buggies and it's getting dangerous - it's even hazardous for pedestrians. I saw a small child fall off their scooter yesterday as the wheels got caught as the smaller kids don't realise the cracks will catch their wheels. At the start of the path (by the football ground) there has long been this large hole. Someone filled it with rubble last year but it hasn't done much. Again this is dangerous. It also forces kids to go around it and there are nettles either side in the summer so another annoyance and way for children to get hurt.
Please attend to fixing this path as soon as possible. It is used for the school run so it is important it is safe. It is also important that any fixes are as quick as possible so the path can still be used but at least temporarily there is another route across the football pitch.
