Idiots in vehicles

Every night, from 9pm until atleast 11pm sometimes into the early hours of the morning, cars, bikes and quadbikes gathering here doing doughnuts and burnouts and revving their engines. No issues with them gathering but its ridiculous as they have loud exhausts which reverberate through the house. They then race up and down new hythe lane. They were moved on from Tesco however the leisure centre just ignore emails. This NEEDS sorting.
