We are hoping to gain permission to be able to plant some laurel bushes along our boundary where we have a 6ft close board fence. We live in a rural area and would like to soften the appearance of the fence. We would be very happy to maintain the laurels that we plant. Our property is a corner plot with the front boundary on the B471 and the other one of our boundaries runs along Orchard Coombe. The stretch of land we would like to be able to plant on is on Orchard Coombe. Please would you be able to let us know how we go about applying for permission or a license to carry out this work.
