50mph road sign hit by vehicle. Sign and post laying flat on ground.

There are two 50 mph road signs as drivers turn off the 30 mph road between Ansty and Shilton (B4065)onto the B4029 towards the Ansty Golf Centre.

One sign is standing (right side of the road); while the one on the left side has been struck and is laying flat (concrete post foundation pulled out of ground).

  • Road works signs state road will be shut till 3:30pm. At 4:00pm today, road was still closed. Lots of cars driving down and having to turn around. If its closed till later it needs to be signposted! It has caused me a great inconvenience due to me going the way as it said it would be open
