The road surface outside the institute of actuaries is breaking up and unsafe for cyclists and needs resurfacing. There is also water leaking from a manhole cover which has been subject to previous reinstatement

Thank you for your report, I can advise that an inspector has been out to this location and defect tickets have been raised for the work to be complete.
