Massive pot hole but council now in prosses off repair

Damage to my car on Wednesday now cones around area so in process being fix please can I have details of claimants department please as it punctured my tire and my car is going back into garage on 29th January possible suspension damage my car is only 2 years old At the time this happened the hole was full off water to avoid another big pot hole I had to go in it which caused the damage The location off road is side road of the a35 Which runs past east close farm then goes on to b3055 Wednesday 15.30pm Cost off tyre £55 Awaiting damage repair on suspension
