Reported in the Road works problem category by Jo mancini at 05:33, Saturday 12 January 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

Due the the main entrance to lower Quinton being shut , due to Maintenance, I witnessed the aftermath of an accident at the junction of Taylor’s lane involving a car and motorbike ... luckily ( I hear no one was seriously hurt ) but it could of been worse .... it has been absolute mayhem Trying to get out and Into the village of lower Quinton , the 2 roads being used for exit and entry are far to narrow for 2 cars to pass .... both roads are extremely busy , Taylor’s lane especially as there is no public footpath around the green area , where people walk to get to there house etc , also a raised numbe in hgvs which I’m sure are not aloud down Taylor’s lane .... I also hear that someone’s dog was Killed in an accident at Taylor’s lane on Thursday by a vehicle...we are only on day 5 of 35 .... I fear what else could go wrong .... someone suggested on meon vale forum to use a one way system into the village I.e entrance back lane , exit Taylor’s lane ? Maybe this could be looked into . Thanks . Jo Mancini
