Lack of public bins between bicester village walkway (old Place yard) through to church lane

People walking between bic village and town dropping litter as no public bins. Household bins in church lane locked(as should be) but no where else for them to put coffee cups ,food containers and general litter .I walk this path twice or more times a day. Picking up rubbish as I go, The first public bins are near nat west bank or in Pingle field,

  • I received an email that informed me the council provide a bin in Pingle field, this is adequate and they don’t think that litter is a problem in our area!!
