Someone parking on the path

For the pass few weeks someone has been parking right on the pathway and I can’t see wen I pull out my street for cars buses or even people.

    I would like to report this Yellow van YH14EHP that spends days on the path on the street Leecrofts Earl Shilton , it blocks the path for the pedestrians and restricts the view of the junction for drivers . As there’s 2 infant and junior school either side of this street there’s lots of young children and their parents crossing the road so it makes it a dangerous place to park the Van .
