Each week there is more graffiti added to the underpass walls. As they are often 'tags' that sometimes belong to gangs or groups it shlud be easy to identify them and prosecute - as I assume it is not a legal activity. I know from experiences in Europe that there is a coating that enables all graffiti to be hosed off and this might prove more economical than having to remove it regularly - thought removel only takes place every few years- also it is not a pleasant experience being faced with ugly graffiti on a daily basis. Alternatively if actual graffiti artists who make interesting art - instead of ugly tags - were enabled to decorate the underpass I would not object.
