Large amount of car fragments on verge of slip road to M40

There was a serious vehicle crash at the junction of B4009 and the slip road to the M40 Southbound before Xmas, and there is still a large quantity of vehicle fragments on the grass verge that have not been cleared up after the vehicles were removed. Also along the slip road from this corner all the way to the motorway there is an appalling amount of litter.
