The drain cover and its entire surround has significantly dropped - creating a dangerous and deep depression. Cars often need to take evasive action to avoid it and since its on the driving line larger vehicles cannot avoid it. Its becoming a real hazard to all vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians who already find this area difficult and dangerous to navigate.
