No bin collection over Christmas

Sent to South Staffordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 150431.

We and our neighbours bins have not been collected for over two weeks. There was meant to be a collection on the 24th December but they never turned up and we are not due to have them emptiede until we think the 7th January which will make it three weeks. As you can imagine the amount of rubbish we now have especially over the christmas period is getting past a joke now.

Further more a few weeks ago I requested a new box for my recycled papers and till this date I have still not received it.

We have also not received a new waste collection calender for 2011 which we have always had, we find them very useful so we make sure not to put the wrong bins out on the dat of collection
